The article presented, developed from the demand of the teachers for a didactic that can offer them support for the professional education, find field of research and response in authors like Brousseau (1998), Chevallard (1991) and Piaget
(2007). The purpose of this article is to provide teachers with teaching opening that can raise the level of the students for their professionalization. The "didactic situation" with dialectical interaction can be one of the proposed ways for students and teachers to organize and discuss, based on agreement and disagreement
between the parties, about the ways and knowledge necessary for the formation of the student. The focus on didactics with dialectic interaction is important for the understanding of the various resources presented later such as empirical learning contracts and constructivist contracts. The relationship of teaching and learning
developed in professional courses is directly linked to the development of the professional subject, which is absorbed by the market. The labor market today lacks autonomous, efficient, ethical and engaged professionals in the group in
order to cooperate and collaborate for the dynamics of the company. Thus, it is the pretension of this article to offer a didactic contribution that will collaborate with this interpretation and with the incorporation of a constructivist thought for the demand of the technological courses.
